To capture the true spirit of this mountain woman, you have to get Kasey in her beloved truck. Kasey is an old friend with an old soul, and she's as close to Dr. Doolittle as you're likely to meet. Kasey is a total firecracker and a burlesque performer. She also loves gritty music with a twang and recently rode to Costa Rica via motorcycle. Really.
Intellectual, artistic, and empathetic, Claire is so sweet you'll be half-convinced she's putting on an act (not even a bit). Claire is equal parts extrovert and introvert and loves reading, painting, Indian food, and speaks Italian. Do not call her "Claire-Bear." Her gift of patience can be summed up in one sentence: she teaches art to middle-schoolers.
The fashion world is often used as a tool to deplete people's self-esteem and to "package" and "sell" said esteem in the form of products. I refuse to let this business be remotely like that.
My site represents this wild notion that women (and all humans) don't need "air-brushing" and filters, that they are beautiful exactly the way they are.
My models are real people, and they are amazing. Drop-dead gorgeous, sure, but they also have brains, personality, opinions, awesome jobs and rad interests.
The ladies did their own makeup and hair to reflect their personalities, and the images you see of them are without editing and completely untouched.

Lauren never needs a lot of styling...she "makes-up" for it in natural beauty (groan). One of the punniest, kindest, and most vibrant human beings in the world, this Speech Language Pathologist never has a shortage of hilarious anecdotes about her job. She loves helping people, pasta, more pasta, and has traveled to over 17 countries. Her laughter is ridiculously contagious and she does a wonderful impression of a sloth.
Sriju, a professional counselor by trade, originally hails from Kathmandu, Nepal. She's an incredible listener with a calming presence and a force in the kitchen. Sriju loves singing and spending time with her partner and loved ones (she's an Auntie!). She also enjoys the Lemon Cardamom flavor at Bella Gelato. Sometimes she plays disc-golf. You can catch Sriju in multiple local SuperGr8 films, including one of my own.
Bethel has one of the most spectacular energies on the planet; she is one of those people whose name is practically synonymous with, "I just love her!". Bartender extraordinaire, Bethel is a people person who knows no stranger. She loves spending time at home in NY with her loves and is psuedo-secretly an epic performer: Girl can SING.
Samantha is a stage performer, a glamazon, a mystic, a fashion rule-breaker, an oddball introvert and a total romantic. An Italian American with all the sass, Sam comes from Jersey but makes home here in the Valley. Her physical beauty is matched by her weirdness in the best kind of way; Sam is a Cosplay Queen and a performer, and she's way deep into the fantasy world.
Nat, who is indisputably one of the greatest human beings to have ever existed, is a master shredder of all things ukulele and guitar. Music drives their life-force, and when they're not playing in twenty bands or teaching guitar or Gamelan music they're reading, knitting, gaming, or creating strange and interesting things with their wonderful spouse. They cannot consume legumes. Natalie has recently returned from a year in Indonesia where they lived with their spouse and studied music and puppetry there.
This is Jill, and Jill is petting Bug. Ramona is by far Jill's favorite cat, but she was inside. Jill is sharp, witty, well traveled, interesting, and always working on about 50 projects. Her most recent "baby" is an outstanding locally, small batch- roasted coffee company with her pal, Phil, called "Broad Porch Coffee" which is located in the fantastic Agora Market downtown.
